好像消耗在开关管上面的功率是不是大点了?会不会设计有问题?

感谢各位的回复。诚如peak001所言,rd过大导致了温度过高,不过canpak的管脚和原先电路设计有出入,目前正在寻找英飞凌其他封装的mos管
