zc706开发板SD卡uboot启动错误

我是买的开发板，用直接下载的BOOT.bin能正常启动，我自己在xilinx官网下载的u-boot-xlnx-master.zip，生成BOOT.bin启动的时候出现下面的问题，MMC超时，请问是什么原因呀，我读mmc的信息也是显示超时

有没有考虑sd的兼容性问题呢？

或者镜像没烧写好？

我用下载的u-boot.elf编译好的boot.bin是对的。下载的uboot源码2014.1以后的版本都有这个问题，之前的版本v14.6就没事。
