The RF Division (RFD) is the global leader for RF power semiconductor solutions for the wireless infrastructure equipment market. The division designs high-power RF LDMOS and GaAs discrete transistors, RFIC's and modules for infrastructure applications, ISM (Industrial Scientific and Medical), Avionics, Pulsed Radar, and Broadcast markets. Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute marketing plans and act as key customer interface for all Emerging Markets products and RF infrastructure products in channel for the division. Additionally;

• Develop relationships with key sales and distributor contacts
• Defining new market opportunities
• Frequent travel to stay in close contact with customers, sales force, and distributors
• Creating and maintaining customer opportunity lists
• Provide input for product development roadmaps and product strategies
• Work with Applications to develop training materials for periodic regional distributor training
• Work with Applications to develop sales tools to be provided to the sales force to assist them in driving infrastructure and Emerging Markets sales
• Drive infrastructure products share growth in channel
• Drive release of pre-launch technical papers
• Drive product launch collateral, coordinating with MarComm
• Drive launch-associated trade shows, customer road shows

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant major, MBA is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with marketing or sales related role in semiconductor industry, solid working experience in high-tech industry can also be considered;
• Knowledge or exposure in wireless markets and products(especially RF) is preferred;
• Channel product marketing experience a very big plus.
• Excellent communication skill, ability to work and contribute in a diversity working environment, and influence cross functions like applications engineering, design engineering, product engineering, package engineering, etc. 
• Language fluency in both Mandarin and English are key requirements. CET6 English level
