Manager of IC engineering ( Working Place: Beijing /Shanghai) Requirements: - Extensive and hands on experience in SOC chip design/verification management. - Good background of image & audio processing and compression algorithms - Good hardware architecture and software knowledge of digital imaging systems including PC camera and digital DSC camera, and cell phone camera. Familiarity with USB bus protocols helpful. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to effectively delegate and lead a team. - Ability to multi-task and handle change. Manager of Embedded Systems Engineering( Working Place: Beijing/Shanghai ) Requirements: - Good knowledge in system and board level hardware design for multimedia SOC for mobile devices - Good knowledge of ARM based SOC. - Excellent verbal and communication skills - BSEE or higher. 3+ years of relevant work experience Report to VP of Software and System Engineering 3. Analog & Mixed Signal Design Engineer( Working Place: Beijing) Job Description: We are looking for analog Mixed Signal Designers. Responsibilities include designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for multimedia chip, management products utilizing leading edge sub-micron CMOS technologies. You will be developing state of the art products that include op amps, comparators, bandgap, low-drop linear regulator, ADCs, DACs, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms. Requirements: -MSEE+ with 2+ years IC design experience. -Experience in CMOS/BICMOS integrated circuit design is acceptable. - Must have a good intuitive and mathematical understanding of transistor-level design and stability analysis. -Good understanding in CMOS device physics. -Good team work spirit. Sales Manager( Working Place: Shanghai/Beijing /Shenzhen) Requirements: - At least 3-5 years of relevant work experiences with a proven track record in revenue generation - Strong ability to open the door and close the deal. - Charismatic with excellent communications and people skills, can work together well with engineers and marketing people. - A solid working knowledge of the following technologies: semiconductor chip (multimedia IC and mobile) industry, PC imaging - BSEE, or equivalent.
