As consumers become accustomed to elegant touch interfaces on a variety of devices, these capabilities are becoming more expected on a greater number of devices. The CC253x devices used in RF4CE applications provide hardware support for Capacitive Touch Sensing (CapSense), and enable RF4CE manufacturers to design a wider range of devices with CapSense capabilities using a cost-effective approach. This application note provides information about how to use this hardware capability in the RemoTI software environment as well as other user-selected designs.
