设计一款数字卫星广播调谐器，要设计一个带宽约为900－2200mhz的lna。
查找的相关lna的论文，都是介绍窄带的lna。
不知论坛中有没有人做过宽带的lna，能否给些建议！

其实就是输入匹配问题!
选好管芯，这个频段推荐使用hittite的，如果要求不高，然后就是进行单频匹配设计，之后再增加宽带匹配网络。。。

主要是匹配电路要做好，因为每倍频增益下降6dB，增益平坦度和增益是矛盾。增益圆和噪声圆也是矛盾。为了综合各项指标，采用失配法。
