1. C++软件开发工程师 工作职责： 参与UI系统的开发，协助提升团队C++开发能力。   任职资格： 1、三年及以上C++及C开发经验； 2、三年及以上嵌入式平台开发经验； 3、精通C++语言，深度了解C++编译原理，掌握如何在嵌入式上进行C++高效编程； 4、深入了解QT, WxWidget等UI系统者优先； 5、具备良好的英文水平，较强的阅读，写作能力，和一定的口语交流能力； 6、良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，工作认真负责。   2.手机应用软件开发工程师 工作职责： 1、负责功能手机人机交互软件的设计和开发；   任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业硕士学历； 2、具有熟练的C语言编程能力，具备良好的C++编程基础，掌握操作系统知识； 3、良好的沟通、表达能力和抗压能力； 4、熟练的英语阅读、书写能力； ▪除以上基本条件外，有以下技术能力者优先考虑： 1、有嵌入式系统软件开发经验； 2、了解GSM、GPRS、WiFi、Bluetooth等通讯协议。   3.手机应用软件开发高级工程师 工作职责： 1、负责功能手机人机交互软件的设计和开发以及维护工作：    主要是使用C，C++编程语言，基于MTK自主研发的手机平台，维护、设计、编写手机上多媒体相关的应用程序，例如媒体播放器、照相机等等。      任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业硕士学历； 2、具有熟练的C语言编程能力，具备良好的C++编程基础，掌握操作系统知识； 3、具有三年以上手机平台或者嵌入式系统软件相关开发经验； 4、良好的沟通、表达能力和抗压能力； 5、熟练的英语阅读、书写能力。 ▪除以上基本条件外，有以下技术能力者优先考虑： 1、有指导新人工作经验； 2、有项目管理经验； 3、掌握HTTP/RTSP流媒体协议以及Socket编程； 4、掌握基础音频、视频文件格式。

4.JAVA虚拟机开发工程师 工作职责： 负责手机 J2ME 和 JSR 相关的移植和优化。   任职资格： 1、硕士以上学历，精通C, 对 Java 编程有基础； 2、具有良好的软件研发能力； 3、具备以下条件者优先考虑： 1) 、有手机或嵌入式平台研发经验； 2) 、有嵌入式系统JAVA虚拟机移植或研发经验； 3) 、熟悉ARM体系架构，有代码优化或汇编基础。   5.TOOLS开发工程师 工作职责： 负责手机相关PC端的软件开发工具的设计与开发。   任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、良好的C++语言基础，具备一定的面向对象的基本设计思想； 3、熟练使用VC系列IDE开发环境，精通MFC； 4、英语熟练，有较强的技术文档阅读能力及技术文档写作能力； 对于以上基本要求还需有2~4年开发经验。 除以上基本条件外，有以下技术能力之一者优先： 1、有嵌入式设备仿真软件开发经验； 2、有Eclipse IDE plug-in开发经验； 3、有Windows驱动开发经验。   6.资深视觉设计师 工作职责: 1、主导手机用户接口风格设计； 2、带领, 指导团队完成接口设计工作, 包含 Feature Phone, Windows Mobile 以及 Android 项目, 并做工作分配安排； 3、负责产出项目质量的把关； 4、负责协助 UI Design Team 和 RD Team以及User； Experience Team 沟通, 协同完成开发项目。   任职资格: 1、具备使用者为中心的设计理念； 2、具备美术基础及手绘能力, 以及优异的创新能力； 3、具备优异的视觉设计, 配色, 风格制定等能力及品味； 4、掌握手持设备最新视觉趋势潮流及具有敏锐观察力； 5、具备良好沟同技巧, 表达能力, 对工作富有热情以及责任感； 6、熟悉 Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash 等相关设计工具； 7、熟悉 visual design methodology；
8、5 年以上相关设计产业经验 (需有手机设计相关经验)； 9、有带领三以上团队协同设计之经验； 10、需附上历年作品或链接。   7.视觉设计师 工作职责: 1、完成指派视觉设计工作 (Feature Phone, Widows Mobile, Android)； 2、协助手机软件设计开发, 提供创意和视觉亮点； 3、协助设计动态效果； 4、维护常规项目, 撰写设计文档。 任职资格: 1、具备美术基础及手绘能力, 以及优异的创新能力； 2、具备优异的视觉设计, 配色, 风格制定等能力及品味； 3、具备良好沟通技巧, 表达能力, 对工作富有热情以及责任感； 4、熟悉 Photoshop, Illustrator 等相关设计工具； 5、熟悉 Flash 动画制作,会写 AS； 6、1-4 年相关设计产业经验 (需有手机设计相关经验)； 7、工业设计, 设觉设计或是艺术设计相关大学本科或以上之学历； 8、需附上历年作品或链接 (包含在校作品)。   8.手机软件平台开发工程师 工作职责： 参与UI系统的开发，协助提升团队C++开发能力。   任职资格： 1、精通 C 语言, 一年以上嵌入式系统开发经验, 熟练 C++ 语言优先考虑； 2、有 BREW / BADA 等平台 SDK 开发经验者或MTK平台经验者优先考虑； 3、本科以上，计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业，硕士优先考虑； 4、英语六级以上,能用英文口语交流，撰写英文文档； 5、良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，工作认真负责。   9.软件方法开发工程师 工作职责： 1、负责改善软件建构管理系统与流程； 2、负责改善软件开发,测试与维护的相关流程,信息系统及自动化机制。   任职资格: 1、计算机相关硕士毕业，精通英文 2、沟通能力佳,有团队精神,对于改善及推广新进软件流程有热忱者 3、有以下任一经验者尤佳： 1)、嵌入式软件开发； 2)、信息系统的设计开发； 3)、CMMI 导入过程中 EPG 成员； 4)、Agile, RUP 软件流程的导入； 5)、精通一种以上的建构管理系统软件。

10.手机协议系统应用工程师 工作职责：     负责TD手机相关测试及规划工作，制定基于TD-SCDMA解决方案的质量保证计划，为TD-SCDMA方案客户提供技术支持。                                            任职资格:                                      1、计算机、通讯及相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、精通TD-SCDMA通信协议相关知识,熟悉TD-SCDMA产品测试流程； 3、3年以上手机通讯行业经验，较强的自学能力； 4、具有TD-SCDMA开发经验或Field Trial解决问题经验优先； 5、沟通能力佳,有较强的英语读写和表达能力。   11.手机软件测试工程师 工作职责： 1、负责手机上各种feature的功能及性能测试； 2、编写各种功能的测试用例； 3、根据需求，制定详细的测试计划，合理安排测试任务； 4、整理总结测试报告并跟踪问题解决。   任职资格： 1、计算机、通信相关专业，本科以上学历； 2、两年以上相关工作经验； 3、了解黑盒测试原理及软件测试流程； 4、熟悉WinMo/Android操作系统，具备一定的专业知识； 5、英语四级或以上，具有阅读及撰写英语技术文档的能力； 6、学习能力强，工作认真负责，积极主动，并能承受一定工作压力； 7、具有优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

12.手机硬件系统应用工程师 工作职责： 【系统应用】 1、手机测试平台(FPGA, chip EVB and reference phone)开发, 管理, 测试； 2、RF系统应用，包含GSM/GPRS/EDGE/TD-SCDMA； 【芯片测试】 1、基频芯片以及电源管理芯片测试。   任职资格： 1、电子、通讯及相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、沟通能力佳,有团队精神,能配合出差且有热忱者； 3、有以下任一经验者尤佳： 1）、手机设计经验两年以上,MTK平台为佳； 2）、一年以上硬件测试平台开发经验； 3）、熟悉3GPP spec RF系统设计 / 布局 / 除错 RF仪器操作。   13.智能手机多媒体软件工程师 Responsibilities： 1.Be able to work alone or with a small-size team； 2.Write FRD (Feature Requirement Document)； 3.Write Design documents； 4.Write interface documents； 5.Write Code； 6.Unit Test (must-have)； 7.Manage your schedule。   Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree or above with major in computer science , electrical and control engineering or others related； 2.At least 2 years experience on electronics engineering or multimedia engineering； 3.Strong C/C++ hands-on experience； 4.Familiar with MSFT Development Tools is a must (Platform Builder, Visual Studio)； 5.Good OS concept (multi-thread, sync/async mechanism, memory management, resource leak!)； 6.Multimedia driver, middleware associated experience (Audio, Video, Graphics, Camera, Mobile TV)； Better to have：  1）familiar with Development on Open OS (WinMo, Android...)；  2）familiar with ARM architecture；  3) familiar with OpenCore.   14.软件研发工程师（驱动） Responsibilities： 1.Understand SoC architecture and application； 2.Design and implement OAL, Drivers for Windows Mobile platform； 3.Design and implement Stress Test Framework； 4.Trouble-shooting the system-level integration issues； 5.Must be a team player and be able to support cross-function tasks； 6.Be able to communicate well。    Qualification: 1.Bachelor degree or above with major in computer science ,automation and electronic engineering or others related； 2.At least 2 years experience on embedded system development is preferred； 3.Familiar with WindowsCE/WindowsMobile driver system ；good command of C/C++； 4.Familiar with Boot loader，File System，Keyboard and Display is a plus； 5.Power Management, Battery and Charging is a plus； 6.Experience on Platform Builder or KITL is preferred.

15.高级软件研发工程师（应用） Responsibilities： Design and implement application software on Windows Mobile platform for next generation smart phone   Qualification: 1. Have proven track record to ship product on the market, and experience the whole product cycle； 2. Strong hands-on C/C++ experience； 3. Solid OS concept (Multi-thread, sync/async mechanism, memory management, resource leak, etc.)； 4. Experience with Win32 API, GUI, and COM； 5. Experience with DirectShow, but not a must； 6. Experience with Microsoft development tools, such as Platform Builder and Visual Studio； 7. Good debugging and troubleshooting skill； 8. A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility； 9. MS/BS in CS/EE or equivalent knowledge/experience. At least 3+ years ‘ relevant work experience.   16.通讯应用开发工程师 工作职责： 1、开发Smart Phone手机平台( Windows Mobile， Android等)的电话相关应用开发； 2、开发Call,SMS,STK/UTK,Data应用等； 3、开发modem封装层RIL等； 4、开发Android framewrok 等。     任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具有相关行业2年任职经验； 3、具有良好的C/C++/Java 编程基础和经验； 4、具有手机开发经验； 5、能够熟练阅读英语技术资料并撰写技术文档。   17.Android Java应用软件开发或框架高级研发工程师 工作职责： 1、根据产品需求开发相关的移动产品：应用程序开发和Android Framework的增强； 2、验证和修正测试中发现的问题； 3、学习和研究新技术以满足产品的需求； 4、根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议； 5、配合市场等其他部门，提供产品相关技术支持。   任职资格： 1、有扎实的Java语言基础； 2、熟悉Android开发技术，包括UI、网络等方面； 3、熟悉Android开发工具和相关开发测试工具的使用； 4、一年以上Java或手机产品研发经验，有Android应用程序开发经验更佳； 5、有面向对象或设计模式方面的经验更佳； 6、学习能力强； 7、有较强分析和解决问题的能力； 8、具有较强逻辑思维能力和表达能力； 9、工作积极主动，有较强责任感和严谨工作作风； 10、对移动产品有浓厚兴趣。
18.Android Tools开发工程师 岗位职责： 负责手机相关PC端的软件开发工具的设计与开发。   任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业硕士及以上学历（有经验的优秀本科生也可）； 2、良好的C++與JAVA语言基础，具备一定的面向对象的基本设计思想； 3、熟练使用VC++6.0/Eclipse开发环境，有Eclipse使用经验； 4、了解Android Framework。 除以上基本条件外，有以下技术能力之一者优先： 1、了解Android Application development flow； 2、熟悉MOTODEV开发工具。   19.project/program  management Responsibilities: 1.The contact windows for 3rd party vendor. 2.3rd party initial engagement and materials gathering. 3.3rd party evaluation, kick off, schedule and resource planning within the organization Identifies program-level risks and corresponding mitigation options coordinate with internal teams for SQC and Marketing requirement. 4.Provides accurate reporting to the entire Program status.     Requirements: 1.Strong team-work capability and excellent communication skills. 2.Strong understanding of Program Management, Project Management. 3.Ability to interact comfortably with colleagues. 4.Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. 5.Experience of handling Vendors and/or OEM is a preferable. 6.Experience in project management is a preferable. 7.Computer science or electrical/electronics engineering background is a preferable.       20.Physical layer software engineers Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor or MSEE with at least 1 years working experience in mobile terminal physical layer software developmen.t 2. Solid knowledge in Signal Processing. 3. Familiar with the software development on ARM or DSP. 4. Familiar with physical layer of mobile systems (TD-SCDMA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE, WIMAX, etc.) 5. Familiar with C programming. 6. Familiar with real-time operating system will be appreciated. 7. Familiar with mobile communication testers, VSA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, wireless channel emulator will be very appreciated. 8. Self-motivated, quick learning, responsible and good teamwork. 9. Good English skills, CET-6 above.

Good English skills, CET-6 above.   12.手机协议开发工程师 岗位职责： GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/HSPA 通讯协议软件研发与维护。   任职资格： 1、计算机科学与技术/电子信息科学类(电子/计算机/软件/网络/通信)/通信与信息系统/电子信息工程相关专业硕士以上学历； 2、熟悉 C 或 C++语言程序设计与数据结构； 3、工作认真细致，主动性强，能承受一定工作压力，具有良好的沟通能力； 4、具备以下能力者尤佳： 1）、熟悉嵌入式系统与RTOS相关知识； 2）、熟悉无线通讯相关知识； 3）、熟悉 TCP/ IP 相关协议有深入了解； 4）、熟悉 3GPP 通讯协议(GSM/GPRS/WCDMA/HSPA) 有深入了解。   22.DSP开发工程师 Responsibilities： 1. 3G/LTE DSP software development, integration, debugging and testing. 2. 3G/LTE DSP algorithm design, evaluation, and verification. 3. 3G/LTE modem verification, integration and architecture optimization. 4. Physical layer software development, integration and testing.   Requirements: 1. MS in Communication, EE, CS or related. 2. Solid background knowledge about mobile/wireless communication. Experiences in algorithm design is a plus. 3. Hands-on experience with DSP software programming 4. Familiar with at least one of the following physical layer technologies. TD-SCDMA/GSM/GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, WiMax 5. Experiences in TD-SCDMA modem design is a big plus. 6. Self-motivated, Interested in engineering, candid communication and team-working.
23.算法开发工程师 Responsibilities: 1.Design and simulation algorithms for 3G/4G wireless communication system. 2.Evaluate implementation issues for various algorithms and perform architecture tradeoff. 3.Define and derive performance requirement for algorithms. 4.Participate in wireless communication standard study and tracking. 5.Support algorithm implementation and test related.   Requirements: 1.2+ years experience on wireless communication algorithm development. 2.MSEE/Phd with strong background on digital communication theory. 3.Familiar with 3G/4G wireless communication technology and the related knowledge (GSM/EDGE/TD-SCDMA/HSPA/WiMAX/LTE). 4.Experience on TD-SCDMA/HSPA/WCDMA/LTE physical layer algorithm development. 5.Experience on floating and fixed point algorithm development. 6.Familiar with Matlab, C/C++, or SystemC. 7.Good teamwork skills.   24.驱动开发工程师 工作职责: 手机行动装置之多媒体，周边软件设计开发。   任职资格: 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业硕士学历； 2、具有良好的 C 语言编程及汇编能力； 3、熟悉 C programming, RTOS, embedded system； 4、工作严谨细致, 主动性强, 抗压佳, 具有良好的沟通能力； 5、英语六级, 具有阅读及撰写英文技术数据的能力； 6、2年内相关工作经验。       25.操作系统开发工程师 工作职责： 开发功能手机平台之操作系统模块。   任职资格： 1、计算机相关专业硕士学历； 2、具有良好的 C 语言编程及汇编能力； 3、操作系统，计算机架构基础扎实，并具有浓厚的兴趣； 4、工作严谨细致, 主动性强, 抗压佳, 具有良好的沟通能力； 5、英语六级, 具有阅读及撰写英文技术数据的能力； 6、2年内相关工作经验。

26.数字IC设计工程师 工作职责： 1、负责手机基带芯片 NAND Flash interface, 及 memory card interface 模块设计； 2、Peripheral subsystem integration。   任职资格： 1、3-4年数字 IC 设计经验，并有实际流片经验； 2、精通数字 IC 设计流程，并精通 Design Compiler, LEC, nLint, Verdi, VCS 等 IC 设计工具使用； 3、有 NAND Flash, Memory card interface 设计经验，并且有实际流片经验； 4、有 NAND Flash, Memory card interface 系统调试经验； 5、有 Top Integration 经验，熟悉 Synthesis, STA, LEC, Tape-out 流程者尤佳。   27.手机基带芯片设计工程师 工作职责: 1、负责手机基带芯片实体层算法实现相关数字电路架构设计与RTL代码设计； 2、负责手机基带芯片 L1/L2/L3 架构规划(HW/SW partition and related design)； 3、负责手机基带芯片 SOC 架构规划； 4、负责手机基带芯片子系统整合与验证规划； 5、负责手机基带芯片 FPGA 平台规划与实现； 6、负责手机基带芯片实际流片与相关测试。   任职资格: 1、2-5 年数字IC设计或通讯系统设计或FPGA设计经验； 2、TD-SCDMA基带芯片设计或通讯系统开发相关经验尤佳； 3、精通数字 IC 设计流程，并精通 Design Compiler, LEC, nLint, Verdi, VCS 等 IC 设计工具使用者尤佳 4、有Integration 经验，熟悉Synthesis, STA, LEC, Tape-out 流程者佳，有实际流片经验尤佳； 5、有FPGA相关设计,整合与除错经验者尤佳。       28.3G Mobile Phone Webkit Browser Software Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Design and Develop Webkit Browser Core. 2. Integrate and Optimize Webkit Browser core on 3G mobile phone platform. 3. Design and Develop 3G mobile phone application based on Webkit browser core.   Responsibilities: 1. Experienced in mobile phone browser core design,ex:HTML/CSS or Rendering Engine or DOM or JavaScript Engine. 2. Familiar with HTML5 offline storage database, canvas, audio/video key technology application. 3. Familiar with C/C++ programming language. 4. Experienced in Webkit open source maintain and development. 5. Experienced in mobile phone browser core maintain and development.

29.Seniro Design Methodology Enginner Responsibilities: 1.Setup advanced ASIC design methodology/working flow. 2.Keep in touch with EDA vendors to keep the leading position of design methodology. 3.Applying advanced verification methodology from complex module to sub-system verification.   Responsibilities: 1.Ms Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science. 2. Minimum 1 years of ASIC desing/verification experience. 3. Familiar with Contraint Random Verification(CRV) methodologies - VMM/OVM. 4. Experience of applying CRV on complex module/subsystem verifications. 5. Familiar with SOC architecture and AMBA specification. 6. Familiar with Formal verification technique is a plus. 7. Familiar with CDC verification methodology is a plus. 8. Familiar with AMBA/USB2.0/USB3.0/Ethernet protocol is a plus.     30.高级嵌入式系统软件工程师 工作职责:           1、嵌入式系统I/O模块与IP核驅動程序开发； 2、支持软件开发工具评估、设计与客制化； 3、撰写软件验证ＩＣ功能； 4、支持全球软件开发团队。   任职资格 :            1、计算机、电子、电机及信息相关专业硕士学历； 2、具有熟练的C语言编程能力，具备良好的C++编程基础；   3、掌握操作系统知识；    4、良好的沟通、表达能力和抗压能力；       5、英语六级或以上，具有阅读英语技术资料的能力；      6、具有以下条件者优先： 1）、有嵌入式系统软件或实时操作系统开发经验者；如：Nucleus PLUS/Embedded Linux/WinCE/Android；         2）、有 ARM平台外围驱动开发经验者；如：USB, SDIO, I2C, NAND Controller； 3）、有 FPGA 与 IC验证经验者；       4）、有 Windows 应用软件或UNIX 平台上开发经验者；如：VC++/VB/Power Shell/Perl/TCL/Python/Shell Script；  5）、有 system modeling, ESL, 和 SystemC 相关经验者；      6）、熟悉软件工程概念者；如建构管理/自动测试/Profiling...相关Tool,以及开发维护SWIP。
31.模拟电路设计工程师： 工作职责： 1、负责模拟电路设计、仿真、验证等工作； 2、Layout工作； 3、完成相应文档的撰写； 4、上级交办的其他工作。   任职资格: 1、模拟电路芯片流片经验; ADC, DAC, PLL, PMU 或 Bandgap reference 等相关设计经验佳； 2、熟悉模拟IC设计流程，掌握集成电路设计、工艺原理和应用知识； 3、掌握相关设计工具及使用环境，如Virtuoso，Hspice, Spectre, SpectreRF, Matlab, Calibre，和Star_RC等, 熟悉Unix/Linux等相关设计工具及环境； 4、英语六级(CET6)，具有阅读英语技术资料的能力。   32.ERP/SAP Engineer 工作职责： 1、负责用户需求的收集、需求分析及确认； 2、负责ABAP程式及接口设计及开发； 3、负责应用程式接口设计及开发； 4、根据需要负责系统设计、实施及运维。   任职资格： 1、计算机软件或相关专业本科及以上学历，2~3 年工作经验； 2、熟悉SAP ERP 相关模块及 ABAP 开发工具； 3、具有良好的沟通能力、个性佳，能参与团队合作； 4、具备钻研和开拓精神，责任心强，能够承受工作压力； 5、有SAP HCM模块经验者优先考虑。   33.IT系统工程师 工作职责： 1、 负责公司RD环境中相關伺服器的管理维护。 2、 根据RD需求，提出IT相關架构建議，並进行设备请购及建置。 3、 與公司RD进行沟通，分析现有环境相关问题并進行改善。   任职资格： 1、逻辑性强，善於沟通及表達。 2、精通Windows、RedHat、Ubuntu等相关作业系统的维护与管理。 3、精通软件開發过程中相关工具应用，如Perforce、IBM CC/CQ、Software Build Script等。 4、具有RD IT环境的规划、运行维护管理，系统测评及改善，状态监控，故障排除，3年以上工作经验者优先考虑。 5、 具有MCSE或RHCE以上的证书者优先考虑。 6、 具有SAN/NAS Storage等相关設備维护经验者优先考虑。 简历请列举出实际工作的经验、负责或参与过的项目简述。   34.资深网络工程师 工作职责： 1、负责公司OA环境中相關Windows及Linux伺服器的管理维护。 2、 机房管理。 3、 备份管理。   任职资格： 1、 逻辑性强，善於沟通及表達及良好的学习能力。 2、 精通Windows、RedHat等相关作业系统的维护与管理。 3、 具有Windows 2000/2003 Server安装、运行维护管理，系统测评及改善，状态监控，故障排除等经验，本科2年以上工作经验者优先考虑。 4、 具有EMC Networker备份系统相关管理经验。 5、 具有MCSE或RHCE以上的证书者优先考虑。 6、 具有SAN/NAS Storage等相关設備维护经验者优先考虑。 简历请列举出实际工作的经验、负责或参与过的项目简述。   35.蓝牙软件工程师 工作职责： 1、开发各类手机平台( Feature phone, Windows Mobile, Android)蓝牙应用软件； 2、开发各类手机平台蓝牙协议软件； 3、调试蓝牙应用与协议软硬件相关问题。        任职资格： 1、计算机、通讯、自动化及电子相关专业本科及以上学历,硕士以上学历者优先； 2、具有C语言编程能力,有C++编程基础和经验者佳； 3、有蓝牙软件开发或通讯软件开发工作经验者佳； 4、英语四级或以上,具有阅读英语技术资料的能力； 5、有通讯软件开发经验者优先； 6、有蓝牙协议层及应用层开发经验者优先。
