Anomaly reports from testing and operations
on eight spacecraft at the Jet Propulsion
Laboratory revealed four mechanisms
for how we discover and resolve requirements.
Understanding these mechanisms
identifies guidelines to help prevent anomalies
found during testing from recurring
during operations.
