[推荐]vision工具BIN文件格式

Introduction
The Flat Binary File Format (BIN) is a simple binary file used to program target FLASH
devices via the visionICE and visionPROBE emulator products. Bin Files are derived from
the native object module format via Wind River’s Convert Utility.
File Format
BIN files are partitioned into two areas: HEADER and DATA.
HEADER:
The Header consists of 32 bytes:
bytes #0-7: 8-bytes, fixed ASCII coded character string “ESTFBINR”
bytes #8-11: 4-bytes, Starting Address. These four bytes contain the 32-bit target address
where the data will be deposited. Byte #8 contains the most significant byte of the intended
address. The left-most bit is read first and is the most significant address bit of the intended
address. Byte #11 is the least significant byte. The last bit read is in byte #11 and is the least
significant bit of the intended address. All addresses should be on even address boundaries.
bytes #12-15: 4-bytes, Last Address (upper). Data received beyond the Last Address is
discarded.
byte #16: 1-byte fill character. All unused data values will be programmed to the fill
character.
bytes #17-23: 7-bytes, Reserved. Reserved areas are used for internal operations and should
be set to 0.
bytes #24-27: Actual Start Address
bytes #28-31: Actual End Address
DATA (#0— #n):
The data field consists of 8-bit quantities -- byte #0 is the most significant data value, byte #n
is the least significant data value. The total number of bytes corresponds to the range
specified by the Staring Address and Last Address in the HEADER.
There is no added trailer pattern or checksum.
