猎头公司为上海某法资公司（电子产品）招聘工业工程师，感兴趣的话msn或邮件联系：zmr.jy99@hotmail.com Job position:Industralization Engineer Mission 任务： q To obtain and update product BOM and components specifications, and keep it under control, in order to ensure good quality of products.  Objectives 目标/ Activities 职责： Job description: q Obtain and maintain product BOM. q Obtain and maintain components specifications. q Creat components inwards control plan after risk assessment. q Develop components test plan and test methods according to control plan. q Components non-confirmity management at production level. q Change design notification management. q Lead components validation for localization. q Participate product non-confirmity digging out and take actions at components level. Job Responsibility q Ensure whole supply chain including sourcing, purchasing, planning and manufacturing in same and most updated BOM. q Notify design change from Europe R&D to related functions internally timely. q Ensure CDN implemented effectively. q Ensure no non-conformance components be well identified. q Continuously improve components quality. q Ensure components validated effectively and timely for localization project. q Continuously reduce the product rejection rate caused by components. Profile 要求： Fluent at spoken and written English. Above 3 years technical experience in electronical components industry. Skill at quality control plan and FMEA will be preferred University graduated or above.
