A monostable multivibrator (MM), which was based on an ECL D-type flip-flop to realize the function of applying a
hold-off time . The MM was triggered by the output signal of the discriminator. The hold-off time can easily be tuned continuously from 2 ns to 100 us by adjusting the time constant of the resistor and capacitor coupled circuit.
