Job Description
　　
　　Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications;
　　responsible for multimedia systems-on-a-chip builds and the configuration integrity of all production release software for the home entertainment market;
　　develop real-time multithreaded embedded systems;
　　perform audio & video compression and synchronization;
　　develop core drivers and services for high-performance multimedia hardware.
　　
　　Work Location:
　　 Shanghai
　　
　　Experience and Knowledge:
　　 Fluent in C coding
　　 familiar with MPEG-1/2
　　 Higher level applications: DVD/EVD, ATSC, DVB
　　 Strong track record of developing high performance, real-time software from specs through release and maintenance
　　 Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems with innovative solutions
　　 Proven ability to consistently deliver quality software, with the capacity to work well under pressure
　　
　　Requirements:
　　 MS degree ,
　　 BS will be considered with 2+ years S/W development experience with C/C++
