利用串口下载image 问题请教

编译时出现如下警告:

没有错误,下载后运行,出现如下提示:
ress any key to stop auto-boot... 1 auto-booting...
boot device : ? unit number : 0 processor number : 0 flags (f) : 0x0
Can't load boot file!!
是什么原因啊,大家又没又碰到过,请指点,谢谢啊
