Schematics and circuit reviews. § Troubleshoot customer hardware problems. Identify crosstalk problems in artwork, wiring, connectors, etc. § Fix low performance problems from bad artwork or wrong components in BOM. § Assist customers in making good experiments when comparing our product with our competitors. § Build awareness with customers on long lead time components. § Evaluate components from local Chinese suppliers. § Teach customers about new products and the importance of components listed on BOM § Feed back design information to headquarters. 职位要求： · BS\MS degree or higher in Electronics\Electrical or equivalent. · Good hardware debugging\trouble shooting skill and using debugging equipment. Experience in turning hardware to achieve higher performance or meet industrial standards. · Good hands on experience in digital and\or analogy hardware design, PCB layout, prototype building. Design experience on xDSL\communication products is a plus. · Experience in writing hardware driver (e.g. Flash, Ethernet Switch etc.) is a plus. · Experience in contacting with local and oversea component vendors and distributors. · Good problem analyzing and solving skill; Quick-to-learn; Good interpersonal skill; Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem; Hardworking and willing to work overtime; Good team player. · Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English · Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) experience will help. · Understanding of China or oversea DSL\Broadband market is a plus.
