Major Job Responsibilities
l Design and develop electronics products manufacturing testing processes and software
l Define and document manufacturing equipment planning and process specification for audio/wireless products
l Plan, budget, and procure manufacturing test equipment
l Design and develop manufacturing test software and equipment to support prototype development and production run
l Install and try-out manufacturing process on test equipment
l Document manufacturing test equipment and process standard specification
l Apply CAE and
l Collect data to verify and validate manufacturing testing process capability
l Provide design engineering with testing plan to optimize product cost
l Participate as a key member in product development team
l Exercise sound engineering judgment
Qualifications
· B.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
· With at least 5 years of electronic product manufacturing test engineering working experience
· Working knowledge of and/or skill in one or more of the following areas:
- Electronic product testing process design and development
- Electronic manufacturing test process and facility planning and implementation
- Design and develop PCB and/or end product manufacturing test equipment
- Broad electronics product automated test equipment knowledge
- Electronics product test process documentation
- Electronic products and PCB assembly test process quality management process
- CAE and
· Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
· With task and project planning skill
· With positive people interface attitude
· Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products will be an added advantage
· PC application skill
