-Degree holder in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred；
-Strong product knowledge in Microsoft technologies is a must；
-Familiar with Windows CE/Mobile；
-Have the driver design experience based on Window Embedded CE；
-Good experience of firmware / software development on Windows and Linux；
-Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers；
-English is good；
-Solid Experience in technical services delivery is essential；
-Independent, result-driven with Good business sense。
