Analog Design Manager(beijing)

Job Description
1. Develop mixed-signal circuit design including high-performance amplifiers, ADC, DAC, PLL, and Filter.
2. Supervise layout design.
3. Work closely with digital designers and system engineers to deliver SOC products.
4. Direct and help junior designers.

Qualification:
1. MSEE/PHD
2. Industrial experience with 5+ year CMOS/BiCMOS analog circuit design.
3. Strong analysis capability and debugging skill for analog blocks like high performance analog circuits.
4. Familiar with mixed-signal simulation with EDA tools HSim, AMS and etc.
5. Familiar with layout design and post-layout simulation
6. Experience one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Deep-submicron design
Power meter
Process and device
