Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations   

 

-       Create, develop and foster key relationships within all levels of assigned accounts

-       Understand and be able to articulate internally and externally problems customer(s) is trying to solve

-       Understand and successfully articulate Company's value proposition to help customer solve problem and increase Company revenues and market share within assigned accounts

-       Achieve high level customer satisfaction through excellence in daily operation.

-       Identify new opportunities for present and future products.

-       Manage and develop the design win at respective area ; leverage all technical support resources (internal and external) to drive for design success  

 

Specific Knowledge/Skills   

 

-       Minimum BS degree in Electronic Engineering, experience with DSP/PowerPC/RF product is plus.

-       Minimum 7+ years experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with international semiconductor companies with at least 3 years in sales function.

-       Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Good presentation skill.

-       Has good track record of managing and growing business at customers.

-       Self- motivated, willing to learn.
