本人私认为过载和轻载是针对于电流来说的。
所谓空载是指负载电路和电源电路之间断开了（相当于断路），这样电源电路不能相负载电路提供工作电压和电流。
所谓过载，是指电源电路的负载电路存在短路，是电源电路输出了很大的电流，且超出了电源所能承受的范围。希望能对楼主有所帮助。
