用逗号分开，isolcpus=2,3
启动后cat /proc/cmdline看看是否成功传递给内核了
另外需要选择一个环境存储位置并重新编译uboot，saveenv才会生效
u-boot 根目录下
make ARCH=arm64 firefly-rk3568_defconfig
make ARCH=arm64 menuconfig
存储配置：
Environment --->
Select the location of the environment
(X) Environment in an MMC device
