【2025Let'sdo第4期】基于单片机的直流电机控制---【成果帖】

通过前面的 开箱帖、环境配置帖、开发过程帖,完成了基础的任务。 再开发个占空比能够改变的功能,另外将0.95英寸的这个I2C总线的OLED驱动起来,让他显示速度的百分比,完成这些就可以终于来到“成果帖”给大家展示下了。

 一、 驱动 OLED 屏幕显示

我手头这个OLED是I2C总线的,NXP这个MCU带有 I2C 硬件的外设,但是我还不会用。这里实现的是:软件翻转GPIO电平,通过模拟I2C时序来驱动OLED屏。

要开发完成的最终目的,是能够包装几个OLED函数,通过简单调用直接在OLED上显示文字:

将主要的功能写到一个文件里包装起来,文件名OLED.c, 完整内容如下:

完成后,要在主函数main中,加上一句 OLED的初始化,并显示文字“speed:30%”试试成不成功。

二、 更改占空比,动态调整电机转速

 

本来应该添加个旋纽,根据旋钮的输入来调整电机的速度。可惜调试了个通宵也没调试出来~~~ 遂放弃。只在主函数中添加了速度随时间自动增加、自动减小的代码,在main函数最后的 while(1)中更改代码如下:

这样通过简单的代码,让速度随着LED红灯变化,每2s 速度增加15%,达到最大速度下降直到速度为0;然后电机反向旋转,速度从0增大,每次依然增加15%,达到反向最大速度,再开始减速,直到减小为0;周而复始。

 编写好代码,编译下载调试,完成后整体效果还不错。

一句话总结就是收获满满!在此非常感谢,感谢EEPW举办的这次活动,感谢得捷电子为这次活动提供开发板,电机驱动板和开关电源。

NXP的SDK还是博大精深,只是依样画葫芦学了个皮毛,好多功能还没有掌握,一些功能也没有实现,后学还要多向大家学习,不断进步!
