高手告诉我这段代码的意义啊!尤其是红色的意义,怎么执行的

不清楚44b0中断的工作原理,我的理解:对于vectored interrupt是如果有中断发生,则由系统跳到一段统一的isr,在这段isr中可以根据软件查询顺序的方式决定优先级,如果查询的改位有中断发生也就是相应的寄存器位被置位,则到改中断源对应的isr中 对于non-vectored interrupt,如果有中断发生,则根据硬件,pc指针直接指向该中断源的isr

但是在这段初始化代码中是怎么体现的?

红色的是三星公司特有的向量中断表,整个是一个启动代码
