Job Title:SDVR CRM Job Category:Technical Support Primary work location: Hangzhou Responsibilities In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited t -Provide front-end technical support to the key SDVR accounts in the design in process. -Performing account management and build key customer relationship. -Identify more key customers in and provide consultant service. -Work with internal team to ensure the customer qualification success. Qualifications -Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering or Automation. -3 years technical working experience in the CCTV/DVR industry. -Proficiency in written and spoken mandarin and English. -Individuals that have experience of DVR design or embedded devices design is preferred. -Individuals that have hard disk or disk array experience is preferred.
