外企Thomson招聘(北京) 一、职位描述 PHY Automation ENGINEER -basic OS/RTOS/networking knowledge -C/C++,Object Oriented programming, Java, Perl scripting language instrumentation control and remote measurement GPIB DSL test standards (DSLForum, ITU) measurement equiment : DSL line simulator,noise generator, spectrum analyser, scope -PC, Windows, Excel/Access, SQL/Word -lab setup/maintenance/calibration/cabling -network setup and configuration; IP knowledge 二、System Integration Test Project Team Leader Description: In charge of leading test preparation, testing and validation of CPE products. plan, follow and report on the projects within the testing team. Take part in and lead a medium size testing team working on a wide range of the most recent Triple-play Technologies, such as Ethernet in the First Mile, VDSL2 or 802.11n. Interact with the System Architect, the Software Development Engineers and the Product Managers to ensure the product meets the customer requirements in the dynamic and fast evolving xDSL market. Form the interface between the Project and Line management and the testing team. lead regular ad hoc customer-driven testing requests. Education and Skills: • Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunication. • 3+ years experience in the field of Telecommunication testing work. • 1or 2 years experience in leading a small to medium sized testing team. • Technical background or experience in telecom, especially in ATM, Ethernet and TCP/IP related protocols. Relevant experience in a subset of the following areas is required: o ATM, o PPPoE, PPPoA, CIP, IPoA, o NAT/PAT, o WLAN (802.11a/b/g/n) o AAA, RADIUS o UPnP, o VLAN, o VoIP: H323, SIP, MGCP, o IPSec, o SSL, SSH o Video over IP and IGMP • Analytical,quality minded, independent and objective oriented. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Good command of both Spoken and Written English. 三、Sr Automation Test Engineer for xDSL router Description -In charge of test preparation, testing and validation of CPE products, i.e. prepare and perform manual and automated system and network integration tests, report and verify problems on modem equipment and integrate the inter-working with in-house and external DSL equipment. -Work on a wide range of the most recent Network Software Technologies, such as: xDSL, Routing, Internet access, VoIP, Video, TCP/IP, ATM, using advanced SW and HW (automation) tools and real time operating systems. -Enhance the current test coverage by automating all the regression procedures. find the right balance between new development, open tools reuse and manual testing. -Enhance time to market without jeopardizing customer experience.
