问 启动CCS时出现提示如下：
this error was generated by ti's uscif driver
sc_err_pod_open<-151>
this utility failed to open the adapter for a custom emulator
the adapter returned an error

忽略后可以进入CCS，但打开工程后编译，不能正常编译。不知道是什么原因，请大家帮忙。多谢！
