7406的HDL 实现?

７４０６　的器件描述是：this device contains six independent buffers each of which performs the logic invert function.　the open-collector outputs require external pull-up resistors for proper logical operation. 7404 只是一般的反向器，＼ 就是不知道７４０６的实现
